1600 product ranges in 8 different product groups within international standards, to fulfill customer demand.

Production Process

Design

Based on drawing and / or 3-d model provided by customer, our technical department modifies part design using Solidworks. New design, made to be suitable for forging is presented to the customer for final approval, before starting tool production. Fast prototyping by 3-d printer is available on demand.

Tooling

After approval of part design, tool design is finalised by technical department and tools are machined on our CNC controlled machines. Tools are controlled and prepared for production after machining is finalised.

Forging

METSAN operates 7 forging lines, including a full automatic forging line. All forging lines are equipped with state-of-the-art forging machines and induction heaters.

Machining

Thanks to our state of-the-art CNC machines, our machining shop is capable to machine parts with tight tolerances. Based on customers’ demand, we can provide finished parts.
